These may be unstable, incomplete, or discontinued at any time.

The User accepts full responsibility when using them.

7. Accounts

Users must:

  • Notify unauthorized access

Users are responsible for all activity under their accounts.

8. Payments & Billing

Fees follow the terms agreed in proposals or contracts.

  • Project services: Paid by milestones or agreement

  • Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless cancelled

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Clients receive a limited license based on contract terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Romulus Labs provides services “AS IS”.

Not liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of profits

  • AI inaccuracies

  • Client misuse

Maximum liability:
amount paid by Client in the last 12 months.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties must maintain confidentiality of technical or business information.

15. Term & Termination

Romulus Labs may terminate access due to:

  • Breach of Terms

  • Illegal actions

  • Security risks

  • Non-payment

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, with respect to applicable international data protection requirements.
